kualalumpur ‘Lone Wolf’ adalah kegiatan pengganas yang bergerak sendiri manakala ‘wolf packs’ bergerak dalam kumpulan kecil dan tiada jaringan dengan mana-mana kumpulan pengganas.

Beliau berkata, berbeza dengan gerakan pengganas seperti Daesh, kegiatan pengganas itu tiada rangkaian dengan mana-mana sel militan dan lebih kepada gerakan kumpulan kecil iaitu enam ke tujuh anggota.

‘Lone Wolf’ adalah kegiatan pengganas yang bergerak secara bersendiri manakala ‘wolf packs’ pula bergerak dalam kumpulan kecil dan tiada jaringan dengan mana-mana kumpulan pengganas. “Kami pantau untuk memastikan kami dapat gagalkan serangan sebelum mereka melancarkannya,” katanya ditemui selepas majlis penganugerahan Star Sterling Service Award 2019 kepada Bahagian E8 Cawangan Khas Bukit Aman di Kuala Lumpur hari ini.

Beliau berkata, sejak 2013 sehingga kini Bahagian E8 mematahkan 24 plot cubaan untuk melancarkan serangan pengganas dalam negara.
