A couple who chased after a man who stole their car got the car back, but one victim was shot by the suspect.
FIFE, Wash. — A woman who confronted a car thief was shot in Fife Monday morning.
Fife police said that at around 6:40 a.m., a couple left their car running to warm up outside their house. When they discovered their car was being stolen, they both chased after the thief in a second vehicle. The couple confronted the driver of their stolen car at Radiance Boulevard East and Celebration Avenue East in Fife.He then ran away from the scene.
