CITY of San Fernando, Pampanga/BAGUIO CITY – All Saints' Day and All Souls' Days in Central Luzon and the Cordillera region were generally peaceful, police said Thursday.
Police Regional Office-3 Director Police Brig. Gen. Jose S. Hidalgo Jr. said no major incidents were reported in the Central Luzon.
Hidalgo said 4,000 police officers were deployed to secure people and man traffic in cemeteries in Central Luzon and police assistance centers and hubs on major thoroughfares, particularly in the ingress and egress points of the three major expressways – the North Luzon Expressway, Subic-Clark Tarlac Expressway, and Tarlac-Pangasinan-La Union Expressway.Police Brig.
