Recently, a TikTok post of photographs of the carcasses of 3 cats went viral, with netizens calling for the authorities to take strict action against the sick
individual who had murdered the poor kitties.
According to reports, Wangsa Maju police chief Mohamad Lazim Ismail said the carcasses of the cats were discovered on the steps of a student quarters of a private university at Jalan Genting Klang in Setapak. This led to netizens calling for immediate action to be taken while also tagging the Department of Veterinary Services.
