Investigators say a 9-year-old picked up a handgun and fired the shot that killed his 17-year-old half brother.
PHILADELPHIA -- Action News has gathered new information about a shooting in Philadelphia's Germantown neighborhood.Additionally, police say his 9-year-old half brother is the one who shot and killed him.
Investigators say the two were playing video games Saturday afternoon when the 17-year-old started bullying and harassing the 9-year-old.Investigators say the 9-year-old somehow found a handgun and shot his half brother.Police are working to figure out who the gun belonged to, and whether the 9-year-old will be charged.
