Police responded to a drug overdose call at 10:52 p.m. Sept. 24. Officers found a woman unconscious and slumped over in the front passenger seat of a car. The woman regained consciousness, vomited on herself and admitted to smoking methamphetamine. Drug paraphernalia and suspected fentanyl was located within the vehicle and the woman was cited for drug paraphernalia and released.Police were called to a residence at 3:58 p.m. Sept. 24 for a neighbor yelling obscenities.

He was pulled over when he began swerving into oncoming traffic. The Valley City man was found to be highly intoxicated, registering more than twice the legal limit on a breath test. He was cited for operating a motor vehicle impaired and marked lanes and turn signal violations and was taken home by police.A Brook Park woman was pulled over at 11:35 p.m. Sept. 26 for a turn signal violation.
