A man on a motorcycle opened fire at a house in Kuala Gula, Kuala Kurau, at about 3am on Tuesday.
Perak police chief Comm Datuk Seri Mohd Yusri Hassan Basri said they were trying to determine the motive.“It could be business in nature, rivalry or even syndicate-related,” he said.
On Tuesday, Comm Mohd Yusri said police were looking for a man who fired a gun five times at the house.“We found bullet holes in a car, a motorcycle and the house windows,” Comm Mohd Yusri said in a statement.The occupants, a family of six, were awakened by the gunshots but were unharmed.Comm Mohd Yusri urged those with information to contact the police.
