The reward for information leading to the conviction of anyone responsible for Ms Moss's death would be paid at the discretion of the Chief Commissioner of Police, Victoria Police said."This was a brutal crime involving a vulnerable member of the community, alone in her own home," he said.Jeanette Moss was running errands in her green 1997 BMW sedan on the morning of the day she likely died.
