Rochester, N.Y. — A man faces charges after police heard gunshots on the city's north side early Tuesday.Police said they saw a man fleeing on a bike and tried to stop him on Bradburn Street, leading to a "lengthy" foot chase.
Officers took Dakarai Archie, 26, into custody on Bernard Street and found a loaded .40 caliber ghost gun.Archie is charged with criminal possession of a weapon, prohibited use of a weapon, resisting arrest and obstruction of governmental administration. Police said Archie was previously arrested Aug. 1 for criminal possession of a weapon after he was found with a ghost gun.
