Authorities say more charges have been filed against a Saxton man after police learned that he had reportedly sexually assaulted two other women in Bedford Coun

Authorities say the victim also detailed one alleged assault in which she was reportedly asleep and awoke to find Ilgen engaging in sexual intercourse with her. According to the affidavit, police say Victim 2 disclosed similar accusations, claiming that Ilgen also repeatedly forced her to perform various sexual acts.
