Police investigating Sanusi for allegedly insulting Selangor sultan

Police say an investigation paper has been opened to review caretaker Kedah MB Muhammad Sanusi Md Nor's allegedly insulting remarks against the Selangor sultan. – Facebook pic, July 13, 2023.

“Regarding the case of the Kedah menteri besar, we have opened an investigation paper under 3R yesterday,” he said in Bukit Aman. The case against Sanusi is among the investigation papers sent to the Attorney-General’s Chambers involving politicians, which include PAS president Abdul Hadi Awang, DAP chairman Lim Guan Eng and former prime minister Dr Mahathir Mohamad.
