WA Police Commissioner Col Blanch said police were called to a hospital in Fitzroy Crossing after an 18-month-old baby was found unresponsive in a car on Tuesday.WA Police Commissioner Col Blanch.He said major crime detectives are heading from Perth to the remote town to investigate the death including why the baby was in the car and how long it had been left there."There is not only the family in significant distress but the whole community is," Blanch said.

"This really rocks a community like that very hard and that's why our police up there are doing the best they can to spend as much time with the community and walk them through this."
