Felicia Haynes, 39, got into a physical and verbal altercation with the 35-year-old victim – who is her ex-girlfriend – and several others just after 9 p.m. outside Jimmy’s Lounge, located at Rising Sun Avenue and Loudon Street in the city’s Feltonville section.
