BUTTERWORTH: Police detained a man, believed to be a drug peddler, in an operation dubbed 'Ops Tapis' and seized RM1,200 worth of drugs.

BUTTERWORTH: Police detained a man, believed to be a drug peddler, in an operation dubbed"Ops Tapis" and seized RM1,200 worth of drugs.

"Upon physical inspection on the suspect, we found a total of 23g and 0.5g of drugs believed to be heroin and syabu, respectively. ACP Noorzainy said initial investigations revealed that the confiscated drugs were meant for the man's own usage and that the man also tested positive for methamphetamine.
