Police have charged an 18-year-old Belmont man with the murder of 40-year-old Paul Grapsas, whose body was found hours after he left home for a late-night dog walk last Thursday.
Police have charged an 18-year-old man with the murder of Geelong father Paul Grapsas, who was killed after a late-night dog walk.Police have urged anyone with dashcam footage or CCTV footage to contact Crime Stoppers.
Mr Grapsas, 40, has been remembered by his family as a "man of integrity" and father of two who was expecting his third child when he died. He had suffered significant head injuries and had died by the time his body was found by his wife on Malone Street hours later, police said.
