Authorities have arrested a fourth teenage suspect linked to the deadly September shooting near Roxborough High School, according to police.
Saleem Miller, 16, was taken into custody Tuesday afternoon in North Philadelphia. Police said Miller was developed as a suspect after investigators found "additional evidence" inside a Ford Explorer connected to the shooting.
He will be charged with murder, four counts of aggravated assault, weapons offenses, and related charges.is still being sought by police. Burney-Thorn was the first suspect ID'd by police in the Sept. 27 shooting. Members of the Roxborough High School football team had just finished participating in a joint scrimmage on the afternoon of the shooting.
