: Kawasan Pokok Sena di Kedah merekodkan suhu panas tahap dua atau gelombang haba setakat 4.30 petang tadi.
Menurut kenyataan itu, suhu panas tahap berjaga-jaga atau tahap satu turut direkod di 17 kawasan Semenanjung iaitu seluruh Perlis; Padang Terap, Sik, Baling, Kuala Muda, Pendang dan Kota Setar di Kedah serta Hulu Perak, Kuala Kangsar, Kinta, Kampar dan Batang Padang di Perak. Suhu panas tahap satu atau berjaga-jaga pula merujuk kepada suhu maksimum harian 35 hingga 37 darjah Celsius sekurang-kurangnya selama tiga hari berturut-turut.
