DR Mahathir Mohamad today said Asean and South Korea can develop win-win partnerships as the two partake in a special summit. “We welcome South Korea’s ‘look south’ policy,” the prime minister told an exclusive interview with the Yonhap news agency during his trip to Busan for the Asean-Republic of Korea Commemorative Summit.
