Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim menyatakan pendirian kerajaan yang bersetuju untuk pihak polis membuka semula kertas siasatan kes Teoh Beng Hock.

Turut hadir anak Beng Hock, Teoh Er Jia yang kini berusia 15 tahun, dan adik perempuan bongsu mendiang, Teoh Lee Lan serta peguam keluarga berkenaan, Ramkarpal Singh. Mengulas lanjut, Anwar berkata, beliau mendengar segala keluhan dan beberapa permintaan yang dikemukakan daripada pihak keluarga tersebut sepanjang pertemuan itu.
“Terus terang saya tidak boleh tidur lena selama 15 tahun kerana banyak fikir kejadian ini bahkan tidak percaya dan anggap mustahil dia sanggup terjun untuk bunuh diri,” katanya.
