. He checks in with his mom as he braids to make sure he's doing the right thing. Through the whole process, you hear Tonnette instructing and affirming him, saying things like, "There you go. Just like that." While we don't see the finished look, we do get to see Grigsby complete one braid as far as the middle of Amirah's head.
Grigsby shared that he wanted to start learning how to do his daughter’s hair to give his wife a break from time to time. He’s even been practicing a few different techniques, like how to wash and style her hair into a ponytail. He tells, "It’s a great time to bond with your daughter.
This intergenerational bonding is something very special and important. We can't wait to see what other tutorials they share.
