, which opened in 2014 with 299 rooms, sold to a company represented by North Palm Beach-based Driftwood Capital, county records show. The purchase was financed with a $56.8 million loan.The nine-story hotel and conference center is part of the 90-acre Granite Park development at the southeast corner of the Dallas North Tollway and State Highway 121.
