Planning firm Kimley-Horn heads to Dallas’ Deep Ellum with new office
DLR Group also recently leased almost 12,000 square feet of space in the Epic II tower.
The half-million-square-foot tower was built to house a huge regional office forKimley-Horn already has multiple offices in North Texas, including at the Galleria Towers in Far North Dallas, in Las Colinas and at Frisco Station in Collin County. But this will be the only central Dallas location.“This is an expansion so we can be a little bit closer to the Uptown and downtown development,” said Kimley-Horn’s Sarah Scott.Founded in 1967, the company has almost 5,500 employees working in the U.S.
