WITH the fasting month coming up, consumers have been advised to plan their expenses in advance to ensure financial means will not be affected during the Hari Raya period. Malaysian Muslim Consumers Association chief activist Nadzim Johan said instead of depending on the festive season price control scheme to keep the prices of essential goods in check, consumers should try to change spending behaviours.
