PKR’s Johor MP denies quitting party, claims rejected ministerial post from Perikatan Nasional

“I am disappointed in the last few days a post specifically mentioned my name, and two others that we have set up an NGO as there is no place for us in PKR because of our affiliation with those who have since left the party to form the PN government,” he said in a statement dated yesterday. “Hence, an NGO named EcoSocial Movement was set up in March 2020 to help us raise funds as well as recruit volunteers for works. Hence, the post associating me to the NGO and the allegation that this was done because it serves as an exit tool for me in PKR is baseless and untrue,” he said.
“I could not avoid but to think that one or more of them has done the work of spreading the news that I am exiting and joining Gerakan.
