Pineapple board helps Johor farmers market 160 tonnes of fruit

THE Malaysian Pineapple Industry Board has helped market 160 tonnes of pineapples produced by affected farmers in Johor since the movement-control order , its director-general Ruhaida Mashhor said today. She said the board has marketed 100 tonnes of Moris pineapple cultivated by LPNM registered farmers since the MCO via collaboration with the Federal Agricultural Marketing Authority and manufacturers.
