: Mahkamah Tinggi di sini hari ini diberitahu bahawa pihak pendakwaan tidak mempunyai kawalan terhadap dokumen sulit yang akan dinyahklasifikasi sebelum digunakan dalam perbicaraan kes pecah amanah dihadapi Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak dan bekas Ketua Setiausaha Perbendaharaan Tan Sri Mohd Irwan Serigar Abdullah.
“Bagi Kementerian Kewangan dan Kementerian Peralihan Tenaga dan Transformasi Air, dokumen masih dalam proses diturun taraf manakala bagi SPAD, memandangkan suruhanjaya itu telah dibubarkan kami dimaklumkan dokumen kini tiada lagi dalam simpanan mereka. “Yang Arif telah menetapkan tarikh untuk perbicaraan tetapi kita tidak dapat meneruskannya kerana kebanyakan dokumen penting tidak diberikan kepada kami dan kami tidak dapat untuk melaksanakan perbicaraan yang adil.
