KUALA LUMPUR : A freelance photographer, who went viral for allegedly injuring two fashion designers working for cosmetics entrepreneur Datuk Seri Vida , pleaded not guilty in the Magistrate's Court here.
According to the charges, Muhammad Imran, dressed in a black long-sleeved shirt in court, was accused of intentionally causing injury to Azmi Abdul Rahman, 47, and Raziman Din, 53, by using a camera as a weapon.He faces two counts under Section 324 of the Penal Code for voluntarily causing hurt using dangerous weapons or means, which carries a prison sentence of up to 10 years, a fine, whipping, or any combination of these if convicted.
