Gas prices in Philadelphia are down one cent overnight, as the rest of the Delaware Valley sees no change at the pump.
For the first time in history, the average price for a gallon of gas has passed $4 in all 50 states. The national average price of a regular gallon of gasoline Wednesday in just under $4.56 - a jump of four cents from the record set Tuesday.On Monday, gas prices in Philadelphia went down one cent overnight to average $4.88 a gallon. However, that average price is still up 15 cents in the last week.
