Phase 2 of Putrajaya MRT 95% completed

PRASARANA Malaysia Bhd said work on phase 2 of the Putrajaya Mass Rapid Transit line is more than 95% completed and a final test will be carried out at the end of this month. Its president and group chief executive officer Mohd Azharuddin Mat Sah said tests by MRT Corporation Sdn Bhd officers and engineers, contractors and the Land Public Transport Agency are being carried out.

“They are monitoring to ensure the tests being carried out pass the stipulated guidelines and, insya-Allah, it can be operational by March. The date will be announced by the Transport Ministry,” he said. – Bernama, February 21, 2023.
