Barisan Nasional secretary-general Nazri Aziz says he has given to the police.
“People know me, I am not a racist,” he told reporters on his campaign rounds in support of BN candidate Zakaria Hanafi at Bandar Seri Putera today.Earlier today, Inspector-General of Police Mohamad Fuzi Harun confirmed that Nazri was being investigated under Section 4 of the Sedition Act 1948. He also reportedly said the appointment of non-Muslims as the attorney-general, chief justice and finance minister meant they could not be sworn in using the Quran.
Asked today who he thought would win the Semenyih by-election, Nazri said “it is Pakatan Harapan’s seat, therefore they should win”.
