PETALING JAYA: Petroliam Nasional Berhad (Petronas) bersedia memulakan operasi kemudahan gas asli cecairnya (LNG) di Kanada tahun ini berikutan langkah menambah tiga kapal LNG cekap tenaga baharu yang dibina terutamanya bagi penghantaran dari Amerika Utara kepada pelanggannya.
PETALING JAYA: Petroliam Nasional Berhad bersedia memulakan operasi kemudahan gas asli cecairnya di Kanada tahun ini berikutan langkah menambah tiga kapal LNG cekap tenaga baharu yang dibina terutamanya bagi penghantaran dari Amerika Utara kepada pelanggannya.
Penamaan tiga kapal pertama iaitu Puteri Saadong, Puteri Ledang, dan Puteri Santubong dibuat pada Januari lalu. Ketua Pegawai Operasi Petronas, Adnan Zainal Abidin berkata, LNG menjadi kunci komponen untuk peralihan tenaga yang adil.
