Leading oil firm Petron Corporation announced that it received $37.48 million worth of securities as of January 12 deadline on its tender offer of $50 million worth of senior perpetual capital securities.
The designated dealer manager for the tender offer was Mizuho Securities Asia Limited; while the information and tender agent has been Morrow Sodali Limited. The tender offer covers part of the $500 million US dollar-denominated debt facility that was issued by the oil company on January 19, 2018. The oil firm stressed “no scaling factor has been applied to the securities validly tendered pursuant to the tender offer and no competitive offers specifying an offer price that is higher than the purchase price shall be accepted.”
