Petron Malaysia celebrated the opening of its 800th petrol station , Petron Pedas-Linggi Layby Southbound, strategically located on the North-South Expressway (PLUS) spanning an area of 4,047 square feet. The opening coincides with the anticipated surge in traffic during the school holidays and the Chinese New Year celebrations at the end of this month. The station provides customers with an additional pit stop, offering them a convenient place to refresh themselves while refueling.
Petron Malaysia's Managing Director, Mohd. Nizam Mansor, stated that the opening of this petrol station marks a triumphant end to 2024 and a promising start to 2025. He emphasized the company's commitment to delivering high-quality services to more Malaysians, exceeding their fuel needs. He explained that their aim is to diversify their offerings and welcome more strategic partners who are passionate about providing exceptional service. The goal is to transform Petron stations into more than just fuel providers, but rather into inviting spaces that offer comfort and enjoyment to those who visit. The station boasts a variety of in-store Treats options, including Dunkin', Costa Coffee, and Automated Teller Machines (ATMs), alongside offering premium fuels such as Blaze 100 Euro 4M, Blaze 97 Euro 4M, Blaze 95 Euro 4M, Turbo Diesel Euro 5, and Diesel Max Euro 5. Notably, it is the first Petron station to feature Quick Treats kiosks in the fueling area, allowing customers to purchase beverages and snacks quickly and conveniently.
