Pegawai Pengurusan Bencana Tempatan, Shariq Tariq berkata, peluru mortar milik tentera India jatuh ke atas sebuah rumah di Nakyal dan membunuh seorang ibu, anak perempuan dan lelakinya manakala tiga lagi cedera.
New Delhi dan Islamabad sentiasa menuduh antara satu sama lain melepaskan tembakan melepasi sempadan de facto Kashmir yang dikenali sebagai Garisan Kawalan,Kejadian itu disahkan oleh pegawai polis tempatan, Irfan Saleem. Kematian itu dipercayai susulan serangan udara oleh India ke atas kem militan di wilayah Pakistan sebagai membalas serangan berani mati yang meragut nyawa 40 tentera negara itu di Kashmir, awal bulan ini. -AFP
