“Namun, janganlah kita berkompromi apabila ia menyentuh soal keselamatan pemandu, penumpang termasuk pengguna jalan raya yang lain.
“Ingatlah bahawa kenderaan yang tidak selamat bukan sahaja membahayakan pemandu tetapi juga kepada pengguna jalan raya yang lain,” katanya lagi dalam hantaran tersebut.
