PERMOHONAN Najib Razak untuk mengemukakan bukti baharu dalam perbicaraan SRC International Sdn Bhd adalah taktik untuk melengahkan perjalanan dan pengakhiran kes itu, Mahkamah Persekutuan diberitahu hari ini. Timbalan Pendakwa Raya Ad Hoc V.Sithambaram berhujah bahawa permohonan itu difailkan untuk memanjangkan prosiding kes SRC bagi tujuan kolateral kerana bukti kumulatif yang ingin dikemukakan oleh bekas perdana menteri itu boleh didapati oleh beliau semasa perbicaraan dan dalam apa jua keadaan, adalah tidak relevan dengan rayuan di hadapan Mahkamah Persekutuan.
