Permohonan mencelah wanita dakwa isteri Samy Vellu didengar 18 Februari
PERMOHONAN seorang wanita yang mendakwa sebagai isteri bekas presiden MIC S. Samy Vellu untuk menjadi pencelah dalam kes saman S. Vell Paari terhadap bapanya itu akan didengar pada 18 Februari ini.
Peguam R.S.N. Rayer yang mewakili Meeriam Rosaline Edward Paul, 60, memberitahu pemberita bahawa permohonan itu difailkan pada 17 Disember tahun lepas dan mahkamah akan membuat keputusan sama ada anak guamnya boleh menjadi pihak dalam kes saman itu.
