PETALING JAYA: Tan Chong Motor Holdings Bhd dijangka terus mencatatkan kerugian pada masa hadapan kesan permintaan produk yang lemah, persaingan sengit dalam pasaran automotif serta kelemahan tukaran mata wang asing, kata Kenanga Research.
Firma penyelidikan menganggarkan kumpulan itu mencatatkan kerugian bersih lebih besar pada tahun kewangan 2024 iaitu sebanyak RM192.1 juta berbanding RM102.6 juta dan sejumlah RM143.6 juta pada tahun kewangan 2025 berbandung RM77.1 juta.
“Kami mengurangkan harga sasaran sebanyak 27 peratus kepada 44 sen berbandina 60 sen sesaham bagi mencerminkan jenama Nissan yang kurang popular berbanding jenama asing di dalam pasaran,” katanya dalam satu nota kajian. Ini menandakan suku kelapan berturut-turut kumpulan itu mencatatkan kerugian sejak suku keempat tahun kewangan 2022.
