KANGAR, June 25 — Perlis has become the first state to successfully implement the Agenda Nasional Malaysia Sihat with flying colours, and can be emulated as a role model, said Health Minister Khairy Jamaluddin.
The programme was officiated by Tuanku Syed Faizuddin. Also present was Raja Puan Muda of Perlis, Tuanku Hajah Lailatul Shahreen Akashah Khalil. “The transformation of the village can also overcome personal health problems, as well as economic problems and poverty eradication, under the entrepreneurship programme brought by the Perlis Islamic Religious and Malay Customs Council ,” he said.
Meanwhile, Khairy also advised people in Perlis, especially the elderly, to immediately take booster doses to protect themselves from the Covid-19 threat.
