MOSQUES in Perlis have been allowed to resume Friday prayers starting May 15, but under stringent conditions and without members of the public. Only members of the mosque committee and mosque officials may attend, the Perlis Islamic Religious and Malay Customs Council said, according toEffective July 2018, access to full reports will only be available with a subscription.
