: Perbicaraan melibatkan Ketua Pegawai Eksekutif GISB Holdings Sdn Bhd Nasiruddin Mohd Ali, isterinya Azura Md Yusof dan 20 individu lain yang didakwa menjadi ahli kumpulan jenayah terancang dipindahkan ke Mahkamah Tinggi Shah Alam.
Turut didakwa bersama Nasiruddin dan Azura ialah anak bekas pengasas Al-Arqam Ashaari Muhammad, iaitu Mohammad Adib At-Tarmimi. Sementara itu, peguam Datuk Rosli Kamaruddin yang mewakili pihak pembelaan tidak membantah permohonan itu. Seorang lagi peguam, Najib Zakaria berkata pihaknya juga akan membuat permohonan perintah larangan bersuara di Mahkamah Tinggi kerana kes ini sedang diperkatakan secara umum yang bersifat subjudis, yang dikhuatiri akan mengganggu perjalanan kes.
