Matheus Nunes ' future at Manchester City is uncertain following the unexpected return of Ilkay Gundogan, with Liverpool among the interested parties.
According to the Daily Star, Newcastle have been keeping an eye on his situation, but can only offer a loan deal at this stage of the window.
