Penyelia kilang rugi RM164,601 terpedaya Love Scam
SEORANG penyelia kilang mengalami kerugian RM164,601 akibat terpedaya dengan sindiket penipuan dalam talian, Ketua Polis Pahang Ramli Mohamed Yoosuf berkata lelaki berusia 56 tahun itu kemudiannya ditawarkan skim pekerjaan sambilan di sebuah platform menerusi pautan yang dihantar ke aplikasi WhatsApp pada Disember 2022.
“Setelah tiga bulan melakukan kerja sambilan itu, akaun platform perniagaan mangsa disekat atas alasan pelanggan tidak menerima barang yang ditempah,” katanya dalam kenyataan hari ini. Ramli berkata mangsa melakukan 14 kali transaksi ke tiga akaun berlainan berjumlah RM164,601 menggunakan wang simpanannya antaranya di Kumpulan Wang Simpanan Pekerja .
