Penunggang Ducati Hypermotard yang tular di TikTok tidak memakai topi keledar sudah kena saman
Baru-baru ini tular di aplikasi TikTok satu video memaparkan seorang penunggang Ducati Hypermotard yang menunggang motosikal tersebut tanpa memakai topi keledar.
Menurut hantaran Facebook JSPT KL, penunggang berkenaan telah diberikan bukan satu, tetapi tiga saman untuk tiga kesalahan iaitu tidak memakai topi keledar, ubahsuai ekzos dan nombor plet tidak ikut peraturan.
