Pennsylvania Sen. John Fetterman, who has been undergoing treatment for clinical depression, is expected to return to work in about three weeks.
The anonymous source privy to Fetterman’s plan told the Associated Press the freshman Democrat will return to DC the week of April 17.
Fetterman, who suffered a stroke last May, has been at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center since Feb. 15after aides said the 53-year-old was withdrawn, and didn’t want to eat or talk about work. With a slim majority in the Senate for Democrats, 51-49, Fetterman’s vote could be crucial to move some nominations.Sen.
