These two dimensions were then graded on relevant metrics such as “Job Opportunities;” “Unemployment Rate;” “Underemployment Rate;” and “Commuter-Friendly Jobs” to determine the best states for job-hunting. The states that ranked in the top five were Minnesota , Colorado . New Hampshire , Vermont and Washington .states for finding employment.
