Sepasang suami isteri terpaksa membatalkan kelas tuisyen anak-anaknya kerana tempoh menunggu sehingga lima jam bagi perkhidmatan Jabatan Pengangkutan Jalan (JPJ).
Semalam , ramai di kalangan masyarakat meluahkan rasa kurang senang dengan servis kaunter Jabatan Pengangkutan Jalan di Pusat Transformasi Bandar sekitar Kuala Terengganu kerana kesesakan yang melampau.
“Kami sempat makan dan solat sementara menunggu nombor giliran dipanggil. Saya tidak menjangkakan proses itu mengambil masa yang lama,” luahnya. Tinjauannya mendapati pejabat JPJ Negeri Terengganu juga turut sesak dengan hanya dua kaunter beroperasi walaupun ramai pelanggan yang menunggu. Kekurangan Penggunaan Teknologi & Peruntukan Pakar juga menjelaskan beberapa faktor yang menyumbang kepada ketidakcekapan termasuklah kekurangan penggunaan teknologi dan peruntukan sumber serta budaya yang mengutamakan prosedur mengikut keputusan ‘over-delivering’.
