MAHKAMAH Tinggi hari ini diberitahu bahawa pendakwaan gagal mengemukakan hujah atau bukti yang mengaitkan kesemua tertuduh iaitu Samirah Muzaffar dan dua remaja dengan pembunuhan Ketua Pegawai Eksekutif Cradle Fund Nazrin Hassan. Peguam Rahmat Hazlan berkata semua hujah dan bukti yang dikemukakan oleh pendakwaan telah berjaya dikucar-kacirkan oleh pembelaan.
