Ahli Parlimen Papar, Ahmad Hassan berkata, alasan kerajaan China yang menyatakan mereka sekadar menjalani latihan ketenteran tidak lagi boleh diterima kerana mereka sudah merentasi sempadan antarabangsa.
KOTA KINABALU: Kerajaan persekutuan perlu mengambil tindakan lebih tegas bagi memastikan kedaulatan negara tidak terus dicabuli susulan tindakan China yang dilihat sekali lagi menceroboh perairan dan ruang udara Laut China Selatan.
Ahli Majlis Tertingi Parti Warisan itu berkata, Sabah dan Sarawak akan menjadi wilayah yang berada di barisan hadapan sekiranya isu geo politik ini tidak ditangani dengan segera. “Pencerobohan maritim telah berlaku banyak kali dan rekod daripada Laporan Ketua Audit Negara Siri 3 2018 memberi amaran melalui angka pencerobohan sebanyak 89 kali bermula 2016 hingga 2019,” katanya dalam satu kenyataan hari ini.
