Uskup Cornelius Piong dan Pengerusi KACT, Lissa Johanes semasa pelancaran kempen Hentikan Pencemaran Plastik pada Sept 25, di Keningau.Kempen Lindungi Bumi Kita, Lindungi Anak-Anak Kita yang kini sudah menjangkau tahun ketiga pelaksanaannya di Keuskupan Keningau.

Dalam ucapannya selepas Misa Kudus, Sdri Lissa Johannes, Pengerusi Komisi Keharmonian Alam Ciptaan Tuhan Keuskupan Keningau telah mengongsikan beberapa panduan kepada semua umat sebagai menyahut Kempen Hentikan Pencemaran Plastik ini. Katanya, “Walaupun usaha ini nampak kecil, tetapi apabila dilakukan secara bersama, pasti akan memberikan impak yang signifikan untuk alam.”
